The ‘No Ceiling Summit’ is a CXXO initiative that brings together influential women, changemakers and emerging talent from diverse fields to build a robust community of empowered women. The day-long gala will celebrate all the efforts and achievements women changemakers have put forth in order to rise and shine in various fields, and will nurture emerging talent so they could turn into the winners and leaders of tomorrow.
The event will be packed with provocative conversations, captivating storytelling, fun workshops, engaging experiences, and more. This celebration will also give you a peek into the minds of the women who are at the forefront of progress, an opportunity to interact with trailblazers, and a platform to let your hair down and get to know each other better.
The summit will also honour emerging talent from various fields in order to provide them with a solid platform to share their stories, perspectives, and plans and encourage them to gain greater heights.
The event is a part of the plethora of initiatives that are undertaken by the CXXO program to level the playing field for women in India.
The registrations for the day-long summit will begin at 8:30am; and the event featuring fireside chats, panel discussions and masterclasses will continue till 5:30pm. The event will conclude with an invite-only gala dinner that will begin at 8:00pm.

The ‘CXXO Spirit Awards’ is an initiative powered by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO and YourStory. These awards will promote and nurture college students who aspire to be innovators and entrepreneurs. The awards will laud students who have exceptional business and tech ideas, and have the potential to take shape with apt support and guidance.
‘The CXXO Spirit Award will be open to girls who have completed high school and are studying in colleges based in India; individually or in a team. The winning ideas will win 50,000 rupees and an opportunity to present their idea at an event that will have important stakeholders of the country’s business and technology ecosystem.
